Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days so you can retrieve it, then permanently deleted.
Is iSale.deals GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany). We provide a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV). See our compliance page for details.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% automatically. NGOs and early-stage startups (under $500k ARR) qualify for 30% discount — contact hello@isale.deals.
What support is included?
All plans include email support. Business and Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
