1. Acceptance of Terms
By using iSale.deals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
iSale.deals is an AI-powered sales coaching platform founded by Kostas Dias and operated by iSale Deals Ltd. The platform provides call analysis, performance tracking, CRM functionality, and automated coaching for sales professionals and teams.
3. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited usage (e.g. 3 call analyses, 5 contacts, 3 deals). No credit card is required. To unlock unlimited usage, a paid subscription is required. You may also purchase a plan directly without using the trial.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must have the legal right to upload any call recordings.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the platform, AI models, and generated coaching content. Analysis results are yours to use.
7. Limitation of Liability
isale.deals provides AI-generated coaching suggestions. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Mobile Applications
Our iOS and Android apps provide access to the iSale.deals platform. The apps require an active internet connection. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in your device settings. The mobile apps are subject to the same terms as the web platform, plus the applicable app store terms (Apple App Store or Google Play).
9. Referral Program
Users may earn rewards by referring new customers. Referred users receive a one-time discount on their first subscription. Referring users receive account credits as described in the referral dashboard. iSale Deals Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
