2. Data We Collect

We collect: account information (name, email), usage data (features used, pages visited), sales call recordings (when uploaded by you), and payment information (processed by Stripe).

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide our AI coaching services, improve our platform, send service communications, and process payments. Call recordings are analyzed by AI to provide coaching feedback and are stored encrypted.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt). We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Audio files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with signed URLs.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us at privacy@isale.deals.

6. Mobile Applications

Our iOS and Android apps access iSale.deals via a secure WebView. The apps may request the following permissions:

• Push Notifications — to notify you of new coaching results, deal updates, and team activity. You can disable these in your device settings at any time.
• Internet Access — required to load the platform. No offline data is stored on your device.

No additional data is collected through the mobile apps beyond what is described above. We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location through the mobile app.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our platform:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (EU data center)
• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Cloudflare R2 — File storage for call recordings (encrypted)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI analysis of sales calls (data processed per DPA)
